Marine Heritage Walk

Take a 60 minute guided tour of Sackville's captains' corner; learn about local ship-building history and glimpse our ghost seaport! Struts Gallery BBQ & Concert

Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre holds a BBQ, every Friday 12:00 noon at the gallery located at 7 Lorne Street. Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre are also pleased to welcome Kyra & Tully from Kingston, Ontario to the Gallery for an intimate friendly concert. This will be taking place in conjunction with the weekly BBQ from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm. This concert is Pay-What-You-Can with a recommended donation of $5.00. So come on down for a lovely lunch and some great songs. Everyone welcome!

Cabaret Show - Uh Oh, Canada!

Live Bait Theatre Cabaret Show Uh-oh, Canada! by Karen Valanne and Marjorie Clare. A revue of the best of Canadian music, featuring pop, rock, folk, country and hockey arena anthems. Summer at Owens Art Gallery

Owens Art Gallery presents Alex Colville. To coincide with the opening of The Colville House, located at 76 York Street on the campus of Mount Allison University where the artist and his family lived from 1948 to 1973, an exhibition of Alex Colville's work will be on display at the Owens Art Gallery this summer. The exhibition includes his student self-portrait from 1942, over a hundred sketches for two of his campus murals, and several drawings, screen prints and paintings by Alex Colville from the Gallery's collection. This event will run from July 4th, 2008 until September 7th, 2008 at the Owens Art Gallery, 61 York Street. All are welcome. For more information, contact Owens Art Gallery at 364-2574.

Alex Colville Exhibit

An exhibition of works by Alex Colville from the Owens Art Gallery Permanent Collection. The exhibition coincides with the opening of Colville House at 76 York Street on the campus of Mount Allison University where the artist and his family lived from 1948 to 1973. The exhibition remains up until 7 September.
