Sackville Waterfowl Park
Discover a wetland world beneath your feet! Watch a muskrat part mirror-smooth water in a V-shaped ripple. Focus your camera on the antics of fuzzy ducklings dabbling in the shallows. Listen to a sunset chorus of marsh birds, the eerie cries of rail, coot, grebe, and bittern. From dawn to dusk, the entertainment never stops at the Sackville Waterfowl Park.

- 48 acres (19 ha) of shallow fresh water wetlands and 7 acres (3 ha) of low uplands

Admission to the park is free. Guided tours are available May to August and are a great activity for groups of all sizes.

Park Rules
To us, the Waterfowl Park is a fascinating place to visit and explore. To the many species of wildlife who live there, it is home. Please respect their needs by observing the following courtesies:
- Visit only during the daylight hours. Night visits may disturb resting waterfowl.
- Please do not feed the ducks. Their natural diet is healthy and abundant.
- Leave no litter. Garbage receptacles are provided for trash.
- Keep pets under control (on leash) at all times in the park.
- Stay on the trails and boardwalks to protect nests and wildflowers.
- The trails are for pedestrians only. For safety's sake, cycling is prohibited.
