Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Sackville proposes to enact the following By-law:
By-Law No. 250, A By-Law Respecting the Duties and Powers of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Relationship Between Council, The Chief Administrative Officer and the Employees of the Town
Section 1 – Definitions
Section 2 – Appointment of the Chief Administrative Officer Section 3 – Full Time Appointment Of the Chief Administrative Officer
Section 4 – Relationship Between Council, The Chief Administrative Officer and the Employees of the Town Section 5 – Responsibilities of the Chief Administrative Officer
Section 6 – Other Positions Held By the Chief Administrative Officer Section 7 – Resolution to Rescind, Amend or Vary Section 8 – Repeal
The proposed By-Laws may be examined by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Town Clerk’s office, 31C Main Street, Sackville, NB.
