The Fall Fair schedule is set, and we have plenty to be excited about for this year’s event, taking place Septemer 20-23, the same weekend as Mount Allison’s Homecoming! As always, the tent beside Goya’s Pizza will be rocking on Friday and Saturday nights, with music from Port Cities on Friday night and both TRHS Rock Band, Myelin Sheath, and Cool Water opening for the Ray Oliver Band on Saturday night.
The Midway will be back for the first time in three years and Family Day at the Doncaster Farm will be returning with plenty of vendors, music, kid’s activities, live animals and the mechanical bull!
The Annual Parade and Main Street Mile will have a new route this year to accommodate construction on Main Street. The parade will leave from the Drew, as usual, but will then turn down Bridge Street, onto Lorne Street and finish near the train station.
Naturally, many favourites will be back like the Anything the Floats Race, Laser Tag, and the Show N Shine, but there will be plenty of new surprises as well.
