The Town of Sackville would like to notify residents that the boat launch at Lillas Fawcett Park will be closed to motorized watercraft from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2020 to accommodate the Levee on the Lake, produced by The New Brunswick Old Time Fiddle Co and Garrison Hill Entertainment. In the event of poor weather, the alternate date is July 19, 2020.
Boat trailers and motorized watercraft will not have access to the boat launch from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, but are welcome to launch before 8:00am with the understanding they will not be able to offload until 4:00pm.
Anyone launching a non-motorized craft will be asked COVID-19 pre-screening questions and physical distancing will be enforced as required under the Emergency Measures Act.
