As part of our Strategic Plan – Sackville 2022, we committed to monitor the Town’s success and obtain feedback on the various service delivery areas that we provide to our residents. In order to find out how we’re doing, we launched an Annual Residents’ Survey in 2018. In 2020, a total of 259 people competed the survey and we had a 81% satisfaction rate. That is up from the 110 participants and 77% satisfaction rate we received in our initial Residents’ Survey in 2018.
We’re very pleased to launch the Town’s Fourth Annual Residents’ Survey as part of our report card to the citizens. We encourage you to take a few moments to complete this survey so that you can help us continue to improve the way in which deliver services to our residents. The survey is open until March 31, 2021.
