Important Traffic Control Update:
Starting Friday, December 1, 2023, the traffic control setup for the Main Street Reconstruction will undergo a significant change. Instead of traffic control personnel, temporary traffic signals will be installed to manage the flow of alternating one-way traffic.
These temporary traffic signals will be operational 24 hours a day, ensuring smooth traffic flow and enhanced safety for both construction workers and the public. This setup is expected to continue until approximately December 20, 2023.
What to Expect:
- Temporary traffic signals will manage alternating one-way traffic.
- The signals will be operational 24 hours a day from December 1 to around December 20, 2023.
- Minor delays of a few minutes are expected when travelling through the construction area.
