Public Hearings:

  1. Text Amendment to Dorchester Zoning By-Law:
  • Council held a public hearing on the proposed text amendment to include daycares in the Village Core Zone of Dorchester. This amendment aims to support community growth and provide childcare for families in the area.
  1. Removal of Development Agreement Mallard Drive, Sackville:
  • A  public hearing was conducted regarding the removal of the development agreement for properties on Mallard Drive. This change is intended to facilitate new development opportunities in the region.
