In this six week session we will study the Eight Limbs of Yoga which mean “Ashta=Eight” and “Anga=Limb”. We will discuss aspects of the limbs of each week and how to apply them on and off the mat. We will then use the limb that we studied as our main focus and intent for Yoga Asana practice. Studying aspects of Yoga Philosophy such as the Eight Limbs of Yoga written by Patanjali is the next step in taking our Yoga Asana Practice and our lives further!
$72 for the six week session. Registration is required. No Drop ins
