The Jensen-McSheffery Jazz Duo sees Sackville Citizens Band director Paul Jensen and his alto sax joining forces with young Harris McSheffery on guitar/keyboards. Jensen is about three times McSheffery’s age but they have found a bond and a commonalty in playing many types of jazz standards including Latin, swing, blues, rock and even experimental jazz. Jensen brings a lifetime of experience to the duo, while McSheffery, in spite of or maybe because of his autism, offers exceptional insight, grace and musicality to the tunes they play.
