Feminist Leadership ConferenceMarch 3, 2017
Held annually at Mount Allison University, the Feminist Leadership conference focuses on educating students and the surrounding community on the importance of equality, allyship and leadership while living in a world that may marginalize or oppress your voice.
Previously called the Women in Leadership Conference, this year’s name change reflects our desire for the conference to be as inclusive as possible. We believe that all voices and identities should be heard and considered.
This year, to embrace the ‘Year of Indigenous Knowing’ on our campus, our conference theme is **Stories of Leadership**. We have planned two days full of guest speakers, workshops, discussions and much more! Our overall goal is to show conference participants that leadership is diverse as well as here and now.
~It is something that everyone can attain in their own way~
Participants can register online here:
Tickets are $10 for participants for the full event and can be paid:
– in the Mount Allison Students’ Union office in the Wallace McCain Student Centre from February 27th to March 3rd

The Feminist Leadership Conference Committee is very excited about this opportunity and look forward to seeing you in March!
