Human Resources Workshop on HiringOctober 18, 2016
Are you dreading the thought that you may have to replace one of your employees? Worried about asking the right interview questions and whether the time to hire is now? Anxious about what you don’t know about hiring and selecting the right applicant?
In celebration of Small Business Week, and co-sponsored by the Greater Sackville Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Sackville is pleased to offer a workshop that will be of great interest to any small business owners or leaders of not-for profit organizations who are keen to refresh their hiring skills and learn some recruitment tips and tricks that work!
Join us on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Sackville Visitor Information Centre at 34 Mallard Dr for a comprehensive tour of the recruitment process. You will receive a recruitment plan and checklist valued at over $150. Walk away with a better understanding of your obligations and feel in control and excited about possible opportunities when hiring!
Your investment to attend will be $15 for Sackville residents or people who work in Sackville Businesses, and $20 for others. Pre-registration is required.
Sackville-based Human Resources Consultant Sabine Beisser from Tantramar HR Solutions will lead the workshop. An established HR leader, Sabine has an extensive background in the full range of human resources management practices. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), a member of the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick (HRANB) and a proud sponsor of the Women in Business without Borders networking group. Sabine is also crazy about checklists!
