Intro To Belly Dance with Siobhan. PhoenixJune 25
In this class we will practice a warm up of Yoga specifically designed for Belly Dance. We will practice posture, drill Basic Isolations, learn how to Improvise as well as a Choreography. We will be dancing to Contemporary as well as Classic Middle Eastern Music. The class will finish with a short Yoga Cool Down.
Wear appropriate clothing, bring water and a Yoga mat. Hip scarf optional!
$100 including tax for the 6 Week Session.
