When we’re low on energy and inspiration, we often reach for the very things that drain us: caffeine, screens, sweets…. We forget that embracing a regular spiritual practice provides all the ground we need to feel human again. Vallie Stearns Anderson will lead us in an exploration of the discipline of meditation and the practice of extending loving-kindness to others and the world around us in order to awaken our hearts. In fact, we can extend ourselves beyond our comfort zones, and discover where true joy and happiness lie.
