Create your own paper character or creature and bring it to life in a simple digital animation called a “GIF” at the next Make Something Sunday Family Workshop: GIF Magic! 🪄📸

We’ll have an animation station set-up in the lobby, and in just a few easy steps, you’ll have your own amazing handmade looping animation.

This monthly program introduces new materials and new ways of working through informal hands-on workshops for kids 12 and under and their adults. Drop-in for half an hour or stay for two. No booking required. This program is offered free of charge. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Sackville, NB.

Extend your visit to the Owens with our Little Library, a small portable library featuring an expanding collection of art books for young readers. The books in the Little Library support and spark conversations about art and creativity.

The Mount Allison University campus and the Owens Art Gallery continue to have COVID-19 protocols in place for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and visitors. Masks are mandatory in the Owens for all visitors five years and older.
