Mindfulness for Depression and AnxietyMarch 20
The Sackville Meditation Group is offering an 8 week course Monday evenings on mindfulness practices helpful for responding to struggles with depression and anxiety. We meet on the 2nd floor of Sackville United Church (please use the entrance on Main Street).
