Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Sackville Meditation Group is no longer meeting in-person on Wednesday nights. But we stillhave a need for community group practice — more than ever — so we are trying meeting online instead. Join our virtual experiment. 7:00 pm, from the comfort of your laptop. Take a good upright posture on your meditation cushion or chair. Face a wall , light a candle, or look out a window.. Enable your camera so we can see each other, if only our profile. Breathe.
To join us, first download the free app at zoom.us. Enable your computer camera and internal mic. (It’s a good idea to mute your mic when you are not speaking to reduce background noise.) Then click on this link: https://zoom.us/j/8329132108 and you will be connected to our quiet zone.
We will start at 7:00 pm. Come 15 mins. to iron out any technical difficulties. We will sit silently for 30 mins. — then there will be 10 mins. to talk if we wish and share our experience with each other..
