Shambhala Meditation Course: Meditation in Everyday LifeMay 4, 2016
Have you ever been curious about meditation? This course provides introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life. With simple instructions and support, mindfulness meditation can become part of one’s life, revealing our innate stability, strength and clarity.
This is a five (5) session course April 6th, 13th, 20th, May 4th, 11th. The course is being held at the Sackville United Church, 110 Main Street. Fee: $80.00 includes a book and selected readings, Early bird price $75.00 (if you register before March 16th). On April 6th, registration 6:30 pm
