Farmers’ Market
Held every Saturday morning in the heart of our downtown, the Sackville Farmers Market is among the oldest in New Brunswick. Find everything from freshly grown local produce, meats and baked goods to artisanal products including pottery, hand-spun fibre, woodcrafts and more. Stay and enjoy ready-to-eat ethnic foods including Japanese, Indian and Korean, along with live music and entertainment.
Live Bait Theatre
Founded in 1988, Live Bait Theatre is committed to enhancing the cultural life of the central Maritimes by providing entertaining and innovative professional theatre, as well as dinner theatre, comedy and live music.
OK.Quoi?! Arts Festival
This week-long festival presents a diverse program of contemporary film, video, audio, installation, community-based projects and new music by more than 20 regional, national and international artists. Screenings, concerts and public exhibitions take place across the city and on Sackville’s downtown streets. Presented by Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre, this festival is free and open to the public.
The Performers’ Theatre Company Inc.
The Performers' Theatre Company is approaching it's 13th year as Sackville's Community Theatre. Committed to staging quality theatre productions and providing theatre workshops, it is part of Sackville's cultural life. Productions are staged at the end of June/beginning of July and at the beginning of November. Sackville Fall Fair
Celebrate autumn in Sackville at the Sackville Fall Fair, our biggest event of the year! This fair features a parade, free outdoor concerts, farmers market, huge fireworks display, Family Day at the Bandstand and the Lansdowne Field, sandcastle building and so much more. September 21-25, 2022.
Sackville Festival of Early Music
The Sackville Festival of Early Music offers outstanding musical experiences to audiences in the Tantramar region through performance, educational outreach, master class instruction, and amateur workshops. This annual series of Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque performances showcase Canadian musicians of international calibre.
Tantramarsh Blues Society
This non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing you world-class blues in an intimate setting. Tantramarsh Blues Society shows are usually presented at George’s Roadhouse, a venue recently voted one of the top 10 live music clubs in Canada.
The Music Barn
The Music Barn is one of New Brunswick’s most unique music venues, with country and bluegrass performers coming from as far as Missouri to perform. Concerts are scheduled throughout the spring, summer and fall.
Sackville Music Festival
The Sackville Music Festival provides an opportunity for music students of all ages to perform for each other and the public, get feedback from professional adjudicators on performances and develop their love of music.
SappyFest
A summer highlight for fans of independent music and culture, SappyFest brings together an exciting lineup of over 30 bands, artists and performers from across North America. Renowned for its small-town charm, friendly atmosphere and intimate venues, SappyFest is the perfect way to spend the midsummer long weekend.
Winterfest
This warming wintertime lineup of activities, meals and events is held every year and provides fun for the whole family. From skiing, sliding, sleigh rides and an outdoor BBQ, to rollicking concerts and family-friendly events during the daytime, this is an action-packed weekend you won’t want to miss.
