The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) is hosting upcoming public information sessions for anyone interested in learning more about the proposed Centre Village Renewables Integration and Grid Security Project, located near Sackville.

About the Project
The proposed project would see the construction of a new electricity generation facility near Centre Village. Using gas turbines, it would provide up to 500 megawatts of electricity to support system reliability and back-up energy generation.
